Samsung J7 Prime Hard Reset

Many people don’t know if their phone forget pattern lock   and how to open phone
so that I have this problem solve 100% works.First of all battery fully charge. and then do that

steps.

1. power off your mobile

2. press and hold together the home key and volume up and power key for a some second.

3. And release hold keys when show the samsung logo

4. and  comes recovery mode
4. scroll down to press volume down key  and press power button to confirm

6. select wipe data/ factory reset

7. select yes
8. reset your phone
and then after restart phone your phone fully reset.
